※ Dates open for reservation today are from 2023-12-15 to 2024-02-10 (From 5th days to the 2th months).
※ Today's drawing times are 3pm(drawing for 2024-01-09 of stay) and results will be announced at 3:30 pm.
※ On the day before rooming, if there are available rooms in excess of reservations, a draw will be made at 3pm.

If you use free email, it may identify the payment notification sent out by our system as junk mail, leading you to miss our email. We ask that parties who are drawn come to print out the payment notification from our online reservation inquiry system.

※ The system will automatically send out notifications to parties who are drawn. You may also print out the payment form from our reservation inquiry system.
※ Parties who win the draw are asked to make their payment on time. Once the window for payment has closed, parties who have not made their payment shall be considered to have forfeited their spot, and the system will automatically release the reservation.
※Method of Operation: Click on the date you wish to make a reservation for staying, and fill out relevant information as well as party member information.
※Please carefully read the Notice on Making Reservation and Fee Schedule before making a reservation.
※Reservations for stay are open from 2 month before the scheduled date of arrival to 15:00 on the fifth day (inclusive) before the date of arrival.
※Between the 4th (inclusive) and 29th days before the date of arrival, the system will make a draw for bed spaces two-person (inclusive) and above.

For changes in and reductions in the number of personnel to be processed, please read the various reservation procedures carefully.
When arriving for stay, please present your payment notification and identification for all party members.

※ The reservation is open for 5 to 2 month after today. Therefore, you may reserve an accommodation from ( 2019/10/6 ) to ( 2019/12/1) .
※ The accommodation charges in the peak season(10month to 2 month) are as the same as them on holidays.
※ The online reservation is open until 3 days before the day you will stay. If you don’t make the payment of the reservation in time, (in 3 days after the reservation made) the reservation will become uncompleted. If you have read there are [some vacancies] in 3 days before the day you will stay, please make your reservation by calling us.

The admission and food are not included in the accommodation charges (There is a restaurant inside this area).
For the hygienic reason, no pets are allowed inside the rooms.
If you need to cancel the reservation after you made the payment, please apply the payment returns online (Continue the original reservation). The account name of the payment return must be the same as the cancellation maker.

If you can not make the payment by the ATM, please visit the post offices or banks to fill out a money order with the following information:
Bank and branch: Bank of Taiwan, Chung-Hsin Village Branch (you may ask the clerk to write the Chinese for you)

Bank code: 004   branch code: 0130
Account: Nantou Forest District Office (you may ask the clerk to write the Chinese for you)
Invoice number: please fill the number on the booking invoice, and start from the left end.

The rules for deduction of cancellation: (apply from the 1st of July, 2007)
1.Deduct 100% of the payment return if the cancellation is made in 3 days before the day booked.
2.Deduct 50% of the payment return if the cancellation is made in 4 to 5 days before the day booked.
3.No deduction if the cancellation is made in more than 6 days before the day booked.

Please notice that the check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

If there are any personal reason that make you need to cancel the booking, and for your rights, please make the cancellation in more than 6 days before the day booked. The personal reasons do not include nature disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or road blocked, etc.
